Do you have an eye doctor in the office?

Here at Adams we no longer do eye exams, we just sell, service, and repair glasses. Just bring your prescription in and let one of our highly trained opticians help you.

What do I do if I break my glasses?

Our staff is trained in glasses repair to the highest level. If we can't fix it, it can't be fixed. Don't try to super glue your glasses... Bring them in and let our professionals take a look.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept every payment method from old-fashioned checks and cash to Venmo and bitcoin.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes. We offer a one year doctor's change warranty on all lenses and a one year manufacturer warranty on all frames. Special coatings such as "Crizal" add an additional year of warranty to your lenses.

How long does it usually take to get a pair of glasses made?

We have a wide variety of frames and lenses so as long as you choose something we have in stock we can get you in and out in the same day. Ordering usually takes around 3-5 business days to fulfill the order.

Do you accept vision insurance?

We don’t accept any insurance in-network, but we’re happy to file an out-of-network claim for you. Most people don’t realize they’ll often get reimbursed the same amount the insurance company would pay a provider. Come in, pick exactly what you want, and don’t worry about the limits or restrictions insurance companies try to put on you.

Do you repair glasses purchased from other stores?

Yes! We are more than happy to work on any frame you may have, old or new. If we can't fix it or use it, then it can't be fixed or used

What are the benefits of having an in house lab?

Most single vision prescriptions can be filled in-house within 30 minutes, avoiding a two-week wait for your glasses. Bifocals and progressive lenses need to be ordered, but you'll never be without your eyewear. Once they arrive, they take about 15 minutes to fit your chosen frame. Quick glasses service, same-day prescription glasses, and fast optical solutions are our specialties.

Do you have readers?

We can custom-make a pair of prescription reading glasses in as little as 15 minutes. Bring in your favorite frame or choose from the many frames we have in stock. Most people don’t realize their eyes often need two different powers — that’s why over-the-counter readers are only a temporary fix. Bring in a current prescription you can see well with, and let our in-house lab create the best custom readers you’ve ever owned.
